The room are well updated big difference from how it was before, the manager is people friendly, if you work with him he works with you. overall a good choice… also it is affordable on the weekdays.

If I could give zero stars I so would!! This booking was a complete disaster and not what they show to be on booking.com! Person that assisted me was of Indian decent and made me feel uneasy as was giving mea weird grin. He asked more than three times if I was alone and that no visitors were allowed. I told him I was there with my boyfriend which made us two and that I understood no visitors. He provided the key card and control and continued giving me a creepy grin. The room he provided smelled and the bed sheets had burn marks. I went back to the office and requested new bedsheets or a change of room and he once again proceeded to tell me to make sure no visitors and ask I read the rules because he thinks he has seen me before and my type of work is to bring men!!! I was appalled and asked him why would he think and assume that!? If it weren't for booking.com I would had never gone to their property! Immediately he apologized and provided me with another room next door which was a tat better, but sheets were not clean nor was the room. My boyfriend and I left the same night and went to another hotel. This is the worst experience I have had with a hotel booked through here!!!

I called ahead of my arrival to make sure my reservation was fine, employee seemed annoyed I was even calling & hurried me off the phone by hanging up on me.

Stayed here for a couple months and it's everything you could ask for in an economy stay. It's a smaller motel with simple but newly renovated rooms. Fridge and Freezer, microwave, smart TV and king bed. Management is accommodating but never intrusive. I was lucky enough to have great neighbors in the rooms on either side of me while I was here, even the party house over the wall in the alley was welcoming! Will definitely stay here again if the need to be in this area ever arises.

Clean rooms quiet. A little bit far from LA. The king size beds are EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE

a decent room, not dirty but not fancy either. Good for a late night place to stay, also walls are kind of thin I think I overheard someone being conceived but hey it's all a part of the experience

I had a great stay at The Palms Motel! The service was amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for getting some real rest. Everything was very clean and well-kept, and I was honestly surprised at how affordable it was. You really can’t beat the value here. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly place to stay with great atmosphere!

The rooms are well clean. Never have I seen a roach or ant. The manager and family are very nice and keep to themselves do not bother us unless needed most likely. They are always nice to my son and allow him to play outside with us. They are very accommodating. The price is amazing the room is great managers are great. I always come here when I need to. I def recommend. Oh and they have wall charger inputs so u don't need the box.

Needed a quick stay for one night and all I can say is never again. Immediately upon opening the door it smelled of cigarettes. It’s so bad that the walls are stained with ash. The shower was dirty, the room itself was dirty, looks like it hadn't been cleaned in I don't know how long. The AC didn't work and when we turned it on it just made loud noises. I was literally up all night, I couldn’t sleep because every time I laid down I started itching really bad. There was also a sewage smell in the bathroom over night.
